Recommendation for an Owl Monitoring Pilot Study in Northeast Alberta

Published: Dec 4, 2011
Description: Owls are elusive, which makes them difficult to study and monitor. As a result, little information exists on owl distribution in northeast Alberta, including potential responses to human land-use. This report provides recommendations to the Ecological Monitoring Committee for the Lower Athabasca (EMCLA) for an owl monitoring pilot study in northeast Alberta.
